Special Educational Needs at St. Michael's

At St. Michael's Primary School we believe that including children in all areas of school life is vital. We support children with a range of different needs and have a number of interventions across school to support every child to reach their potential. We have an extremely experienced and caring team of teaching assistants who work alongside our children and their families, we are fully aware that to enable your child to feel safe, happy and make progress the partnership with parents is key. We welcome dialogue with parents and are here to support you as a family whilst your child is with us at St Michael's and as they transition to the next school.

If you have any queries or concerns please arrange an informal conversation with myself or chat with your child's class teacher. If you are new to the school, or considering applying, get in touch for more information.

If you would like more information on the Nottinghamshire Local Offer, which includes a wide range of information and support for SEND, please click the link at the bottom of this page.
