Throughout the school year there are numerous school trips and visits that we take the children on to enrich the curriculum offer. If we are visiting somewhere in the locality, we will inform you of this but do not require your permission for that visit. If we go further afield on trips and visits, including our residential visits, then we will inform you of the specific details of these, and request your permission through Parent Pay, along with any payments required. We ask all parents/carers to complete an EV4 form at the beginning of the year so we can have to hand emergency contact details. This form will come out to you each September. We will obtain an update for all residential visits that will also include any details of medication required for overnight stays. If yours or your child's details change throughout the year, please do inform us. A copy of the form can be found below.
